Specifically targeted at the private landlords and their agents, Tenat recognises the needs of small portfolio owners, as well as larger property businesses.

The number of private rented sector (PRS) households has doubled since the early 2000s and its proportion has remained stable at around 19-20% since 2013/14. With 4.4 million PRS households in the UK, served by an estimated 2.3 million landlords and 19,000 agents, the opportunity of investors is significant.

We are now seeking growth investment to allow us to scale up the business and roll the platform out to a wider customer base.
