Our Mission
We are developing an integrated system that keeps vital property documentation and information all in one place, making it easier to check, to ensure compliance and to provide transparency to your tenants.
We want tenants to have stress-free access and clear visibility of their own financial responsibilities, alongside the governance and maintenance responsibilities to them.
We track and record the history of each property and all connected communications, so it is fully auditable - supporting our mission to provide full transparency and safety for our users.
Our plans for a property audit hub will also allow the management of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) requirements, recording and reporting on all of the environmental considerations of a clients’ portfolio, all in one place.
Our goals & why we need you
Our goal is to develop a system that will help landlords, agents and social housing organisations of all sizes to maintain, improve or rebuild relationships with tenants.
However, we can’t build a successful project without the knowledge or understanding of the current frustrations of both tenants and professionals in the sector.
We are working with sector experts to understand the future needs and requirements of both tenants and sector professionals, as part of a long-term digital transformation programme.
We want to draw on their sector expertise, learn from their success and their most pressing challenges and pain points, to discover if a new sector-focused software application can transform how properties are managed and maintained, focusing on tenant engagement, transparent property management, compliance and governance.
Why are we doing this?
As a collective, we feel housing - one of the world’s oldest circular economies - needs levelling out with transparency and fairness for all parties involved. By placing the focus on people, time and the environment, our mission is to streamline user interaction. We also aim to empower property professionals to have more time to deliver important services and support tenants in-person, rather than getting frustrated by day-to-day administrative tasks.
With the correct approach to information management, we can create time for action and results, such as managing legal compliance and maintenance, onboarding new tenants and tenant engagement.
